Pachauri meets Karunanidhi

CHENNAI: R.K Pachauri, who heads the Nobel Prize winning Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), on Friday called on Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi at his residence. Their discussions centred on issues pertaining to global warming.

Dr. Pachauri was in Chennai in connection with the launch of the Centre for Climate Change at Anna University. Among those present at the meeting were Union IT and Communications Minister A Raja, Kanimozhi, MP, and D. Viswanathan, Anna University Vice-Chancellor.
