Hooda congratulates Sehwag for great knock

CHANDIGARH: Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda on Saturday telephonically conveyed his congratulations to cricketer Virender Sehwag for scoring the fastest-ever three centuries in the Test match against South Africa in Chennai on Friday.

Expressing elation , Mr. Hooda said it was a moment of pride for every Indian.

With his fine batting performance, he had made a history in the cricketing world and had equalled his own record as India’s highest scorer in an inning. He invited the batsman to set up a Cricket Academy in Haryana.
