Patna: Samajwadi Party president Mulayam Singh Yadav has asked the Bihar Assembly Speaker to disqualify two of his party MLAs, who cast votes for NDA nominees, defying party’s directive to vote for UPA candidates in elections to Rajya Sabha seats from the State. “Our party chief has sent a letter to the Assembly Speaker, U N Choudhary, seeking disqualification of the defiant MLAs”, state SP president Ashok Kumar Singh said on Sunday. The two MLAs, Deonath Yadav and Gopal Agarwal, he said, have already been suspended from primary membership of the party.
