NEW DELHI: Power distribution company North Delhi Power Limited has installed electronic information kiosks (e-kiosks) at all the 12 consumer care centres in its distribution network in North and North-West Delhi. The facility aims at helping consumer who do not have easy access to Internet facility. WebsiteNDPL consumers can make use of these kiosks to visit NDPL website www.ndpl.com to view their account information; billing and payment history; new connection application status; and register complaints apart from accessing other relevant information such as DERC supply code and tariff details. The e-kiosk facility has been launched only at consumer care centres but it will soon be extended to residents’ welfare association offices for greater reach and convenience of consumers. Apart from using e-kiosks, consumers can contact NDPL consumer care executives on phone no. 66111912 or visit their nearest NDPL district office for any other information or assistance.
