Hizb leader arrested

Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir police arrested a top commander of the Hizbul Mujahideen on Monday. A huge cache of arms and explosives were also seized.

Rayees Ahmad Dar alias Rayees Kachroo, involved in more than 40 killings, was arrested in a joint operation by police and CRPF, Inspector General of Police, Kashmir, S M Sahai said.
