Tirunelveli experiences brief spell

TIRUNELVELI: After a brief interval, rain god visited the twin-towns of Tirunelveli and Palayamkottai on Tuesday evening.

The brief spell that started around 6 p.m. lasted for about 30 minutes, bringing some respite to the people, who were being roasted in the scorching sun after 12 days of incessant drizzle and rain.
