Vehicle seized

BERHAMPUR: The vehicle used in the firing at the Dharakote block office in Ganjam district on Friday last was seized from Hillpatna area of the city on Wednesday.

Two persons were killed and one was seriously injured in the incident. A suspected person was also taken into custody. A group of four masked persons reached the block office on a jeep and fired at the persons at the office. It was suspected that rivalry over allocation of kerosene dealership had led to the firing. A police team from Bhanjanagar reached the city for investigation.
