Calicut University

Calicut University Alumni association: The adhoc committee of the alumni of different departments of the Calicut University decided to convene a meeting on June 27 of all students with a view to elect the office bearers.

Although there are separate old students association for different departments, the proposal is to have an association that would be a common forum for all alumni of the university.

The adhoc committee with Dr. T.M. Vijayan as convener has given the final touches to the bye-law prepared for the association.

The logo and emblem of the association will be selected through competition.

School of Distance Education: No classes will be held for the first -year BBA students of the School of Distance Education, Calicut University who have registered at the Government College, Madappally centre as the Final B.A. Examination will be held at the college on April 5.

The classes will be held as per schedule on April 6.
