Orthopaedics workshop

NEW DELHI: The Orthopaedics Department at Lady Hardinge Medical College is organising a national-level orthopaedics workshop beginning Friday. The three-day conference is expected to be attended by several well-known orthopaedic surgeons from across the country.

“Participants will be taught the latest techniques of fracture fixation on cadavers. The bodies on which participants will be taught are unclaimed bodies stored with the Anatomy Department. Deliberate fractures will be introduced on the cadavers, followed by surgeries conducted by experts,” said Deep Sharma, a member of the organising committee.
