Words of comfort: The former Human Rights Minister of Pakistan, Ansar Burney, meets Sukhpreet Kaur, wife of Sarabjit Singh who faces the death sentence in Pakistan, at her residence near Amritsar on Wednesday. With Ms. Kaur are her daughter Swapandip and Sarabjit’s sister Dalbir Kaur. Mr. Burney had played a key role in obtaining the release of Kashmir Singh, another Indian prisoner in Pakistan.
