Gulzar takes over

Natarajan Gulzar has taken charge as Chairman and Managing Director of AP Eastern Distribution Company Limited (APEPDCL) here on Wednesday. Mr. Gulzar, till recently Commissioner of Vijayawada Municipal Corporation, took charge from outgoing CMD Luv Agarwal. The new CMD said he would continue the programmes initiated by his predecessors Mr. Agarwal and Mr. Praveen Prakash and try to improve them. New programmes and methods would be taken up depending on the need. He was also yet to understand the functioning of the organisation.

Among the officers present were Director (operations) Suryanarayana and Chief General Manager (projects) H.Y. Dora and others.
