THANJAVUR: K. R. Annamalai, industrialist, has been elected as the new president of Chamber of Industries and Commerce, Thanjavur. He took charge from the outgoing president Naga Pillai, at a meeting of the chamber held here on Thursday. PL. Chidambaram was elected as Vice-president and K. Padmanabhan as the secretary. V. Vasudevan was elected as joint secretary and AR. Narayanan as treasurer.
