OPDR secretary for Nepal

Nepal Election Commission has invited the Organisation for the Protection of Democratic Rights (OPDR) State general secretary Ch. Bhaskar Rao to oversee the elections scheduled to be held in Nepal on April 10. Mr. Rao would tour in Nepal from April 8 to 12 and submit a report to Nepal Election Commission on the elections.
