PUDUCHERRY: A 55-year-old businessman was attacked and robbed of Rs 2.5 lakh on Thursday night at Pakkumudayanpet. According to the Dhanvanthri Nagar police, M. Gurusamy, who runs a wholesale provision store on Rangapillai Street, was returning home on his motorbike. Three persons waylaid him, attacked him and took away his bike with the cash in the carry box.
