Two get life term in murder case

New Delhi: Commenting on young criminal’s lust for easy money, a court here has sentenced two men to life imprisonment for murdering an alleged hawala dealer despite the fact that the victim’s father and brother turned hostile during the trial.

“The present case is an example of the on-going trend amongst youth of this country who goes after their lust for easy money, and to satisfy the said lust they commit crime,” Additional Sessions Judge Sanjay Sharma said while sentencing the two convicts, both from Meerut in Uttar Pradesh, for killing Praveen in four-year old incident. -PTI
