Siliguri: Two persons have been arrested in connection with the incident of rape and dacoity on Delhi-Alipurduar Mahananda Link Express in Jalpaiguri district, a senior railway police officer said. A medical test was conducted at North Bengal Medical College and Hospital on the 17-year old girl passenger, who had allegedly been raped by dacoits on Thursday night aboard the train, the officer said on Saturday. The two young men were arrested from Bagrakot in the district on Friday and part of the looted articles including mobiles were recovered from their possession, he said.
