Belgaum: The KLE Vishwanath Katti Institute of Dental Sciences on Saturday celebrated World Health Day by organising a workshop on “training the trainers” with a focus on “protecting health from climate change”. World Health Organisation selected the theme in recognition of the fact that climate change was endangering public health security throughout the world. Deputy Director of Public Instruction S. Jaykumar signified the role teachers could play in healthy growth of the children. They should become role-models for students and guide them for their overall development.
