Davangere to be Congress launch pad

Bangalore: The Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee will launch its Assembly election campaign at Davangere on April 13 with a State-level convention of farmers.

Chairman of the Congress Campaign Committee Siddaramaiah told journalists here on Saturday that over two lakh farmers, agricultural labourers and party workers were expected to attend the convention.
