Merchants to close shops on Tuesday

PUDUCHERRY: The Confederation of Merchant Associations of Puducherry will close shops on April 8 to condemn the violence against Tamils in Karnataka . The confederation in a release on Saturday said the Centre and Karnataka should ensure safety of the Tamils in that State.
