PUDUCHERRY: A member of the Federation for People’s Rights, Puducherry, has been selected as an international election observer for the Constituent Assembly elections in Nepal.

A release said that its general secretary G. Sugumaran would go on an eight-day visit from April 7 to 14 to Nepal as an election observer. The elections were scheduled for April 10. The Constituent Assembly Election Observation Joint Forum had invited Mr. Sugumaran for the work.
