KOCHI: Nikhil Asher hit a sparkling 85 (50b, 3x6, 13x4) as Mattancherry Youngsters Cricket Association defeated ECC Trust by 69 runs in the second Muthoot Pappachan Foundation Twenty20 cricket tournament at the BPCL Kochi Refinery Ground, Ambalamugal, on Sunday. In other first round matches, Aluva CC defeated Players Chittoor by 159 runs, while Giri Pai Sharon CC, riding on Vijesh’s 80, beat Chittoor CC by one wicket. The scores: MYCA (Mattancherry) 198 for three in 20 overs (Nikhil Asher 85) bt ECC Trust (Ernakulam) 129 for five in 20 overs (K.J.
