Summer camps for children

Bangalore: Bal Bhavan Society, Cubbon Park, Bangalore, will organise summer camps at 20 centres in and around the city.

The camp for children in the age group of 5 to 16 will begin on April 16 and end on May 15. Creative and performing activities such as craft, painting, clay modelling, yoga, aero-ship modelling, theatre workshop, karate and keyboard will be taught. Applications can be had from Jawahar Bal Bhavan, Cubbon Park, Bangalore, from April 2, between 10.30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Details may be had from the office of the Secretary, Bal Bhavan Society, Cubbon Park, Bangalore, or on Ph: 22864189 or 22864142.

Sneha Sethu will organise a three-day camp on folk songs and folk art at Basavakalyana Samiti Library in Widia Layout, Vijayanagar.
