Jubilant to buy Canada’s Draxis

TORONTO: Jubilant Organosys has said it would buy Canada’s Draxis Health for $255 million as it plans to enter in the radiopharmaceutical sector in North America. The latest deal takes Jubilant into the top five sterile manufacturing concerns in North America.
