Girl’s petition dismissed

New Delhi: A four-year-old girl’s plea seeking criminal action against doctors who could not save her mother after her birth was on Monday turned down by the Delhi High Court.

Dismissing the plea, filed by the girl through her father, a Bench comprising Justices Mukul Mudgal and Reva Khetrapal, after going through the report of a committee of AIIMS doctors which had given a clean chit to the clinic where her mother died, refused to give any relief to the deceased family.
