Two businessmen shot and injured

NEW DELHI: In what appears to be a case of personal enmity, two men opened fire at two businessmen outside their shop in Ashok Vihar market here on Monday.

The incident took place around 9 p.m. when the duo fired half a dozen rounds at businessmen Mandeep and Kunal. Both the injured were admitted to Sunderlal Jain Hospital where they are said to be out of danger. One of the assailants, identified as Shiv Kumar, also sustained a gunshot wound in his hand and claimed that he was shot at by one of the two businessmen. The other assailant has been identified as Inderjeet. Both of them are residents of Lawrence Road.
