Kidnapped child rescued

NEW DELHI: A four-year-old boy kidnapped from Prasad Nagar here last month has been rescued from the clutches of the kidnappers by the Special Staff of the Outer Delhi police. A woman and her accomplice have been arrested.

Acting on a tip-off that a woman had abducted a boy and kept him in confinement at Mangolpuri, the Special Staff sleuths laid a trap for them. She along with her accomplice was arrested and the four-year-old victim, Shiva, rescued by the police on Sunday.

During interrogation, the accused identified themselves as Prem (40) and Bobby Francis (25).
