MAHABUBNAGAR: Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy is launching Rs. 2- a- kg rice scheme at Jadcherla town in the district on Wednesday. Briefing about the Chief Ministers programme Collector V. Usharani told the press persons here on Tuesday evening that Chief Minister will also inaugurate the cotton market yard and lay foundation for Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Symbiosis Institute of Business Management besides laying foundation to Rajiv Swagruha which will be taken up at Amistapur village. The Collector also informed that Chief Minister would launch ‘Aam Admi Bheema Yojana’ scheme and distribute health cards under Rajiv ‘Arogya Sri’ scheme. Usharani informed that Chief Minister will land around 3 p.m. at Jedcherla and participate in several developmental programmes. The Collector informed that there are 10.24 lakh ration cards in the district. She said that a special monitoring cell also opened at collectorate and public can call the control room on telephone number 08542-242821. Joint Collector Christina and other officials were also present.
