Camps to issue disability assessment certificates

VIZIANAGARAM: Keeping difficulties of the physically challenged persons in view in reaching district headquarters hospital on Mondays for receiving disability assessment certificates, the Disabled Welfare Department has decided to conduct camps for pension beneficiaries under the Indiramma-III programme from April 11 at the following mandal headquarters. At Garividi from 9 a.m. on April 11 for beneficiaries from Garividi, Cheepurupalli, Merakamudidam and Therlam mandals. At L. Kota on April 16 for L. Kota, Vepada, S. Kota, Kothavalasa and Jami mandals. At Salur on April 19 for Salur, Makkuva, Pachipenta, Ramabhadrapuram and Badangi mandals. At Vizianagaram on April 21 for Gajapathinagaram, Bondapalli, Dattirajeru, Gantyada and Mentada mandals. At Kurupam on April 25 from 10 a.m. for Kurupam, G.L. Puram and Jiyyammavalasa mandals. At Vizianagaram from 9 a.m. on April 28 for Vizianagaram, Denkada, Nellimarla, Bhogapuram and Poosapatirega mandals. At Parvathipuram from 10 a.m. on April 30 for Parvathipuram, Komarada, Garugubilli, Sitanagaram, Bobbili and Balijhipeta mandals.

The beneficiaries must bring identification certificate and three passport size photographs, according to a press release.
