Autorickshaw drivers attacked

PUDUCHERRY: The Kalapet police on Wednesday registered a case against five persons for allegedly assaulting autorickshaw drivers operating from the Pondicherry Institute of Medical Sciences junction.

According to the police, a group of persons hailing from Bommaiyarpalayam took the drivers to a cashew grove and assaulted them.
