Flight delayed

Nedumbassery: The arrival of a Spice Jet flight from Bangalore was delayed by more than six hours at the Cochin international airport on Wednesday, leaving the Mumbai and Bangalore-bound passengers stranded at the airport for a while. The flight, S.G 501, was scheduled to arrive here at 11.25 a.m., to leave for Mumbai at 12 noon, and would make a return in the evening through the same route. As a result of the unexpected delay due to a technical snag, most of the passengers cancelled their tickets and had to board other flights to reach their destinations. Later, the flight from Bangalore arrived at 6.05 p.m. after fixing the glitch.
