Marine fishing banned

HYDERABAD: The State Government has issued ban orders declaring a closed season for marine fishing and prohibiting fishing activities in sea (in territorial limits of AP) from April 15 to June 15 this year. The main objective is to observe conservancy measures during breeding season of prawn and fish, according to a press release issued by the Commissioner of Fisheries Arvind Kumar. –Special Correspondent
