University of Kerala Contract lecturer: The University has invited applications from qualified individuals for appointment on contract basis as lecturer in the Department of Psychology. Applicants must have scored not less than 55 per cent in their post graduate examinations and must have passed the NET examinations of the University Grants Commission. Those with a doctorate too can apply. Applicants should not be aged over 40 as on January 1, 2008. Applications must be sent to the Deputy Registrar, Administration-1, University of Kerala before April 25. Interview: The interview for appointment to the post of reader in the department of history will be conducted at the chamber of the Vice-Chancellor at 10.30 a.m. on April 19. Special class: There will be a special class for students of the first year BA Political Science course of the Institute of Distance Education at 10 a.m. on April 11 at the IDE, Kariavattom. BPT examination: Applications for the fourth semester BPT examinations beginning April 29 can be submitted without fine till April 17 and with a fine of Rs.50 till April 21.
