40 injured as two mini-buses collide

CHENGAM: A total of 40 passengers were injured when two mini-buses collided at Thokkavadi near here on Friday.

According to the police, a mini-bus going towards Tiruvannamalai from Chengam collided with a private mini bus heading for Chengam from Samandipuram at Thokkavadi main road at 8.15 a.m. All injured were admitted to the Government Hospital in Chengam.

Two were referred to the Government Hospital in Tiruvannamalai.
