HYDERABAD: Here is some good news to senior citizens as the traffic police have become more helpful towards them in resolving traffic related issues, including payment of penalties.
Senior citizens can either call or send an email or SMS the police for giving any representations on traffic related issues or clarification on challans issued to them.
Additional Commissioner of Police (Traffic) V.S.K. Kaumudi said on Friday said that police officials concerned will visit the complainant’s house and collect more details from them. The email IDs are: trafficpolicehyderabad@yahoo.co.in, trafficpolicehyderabad@hotmail.com and trafficpolicehyderabad@rediffmail.com
