PUDUCHERRY: A local court here on Friday returned a complaint filed against Chief Minister N. Rangasamy and two others alleging irregularities in the regularisation of employees. After hearing the argument of A. Bakthavatsalam, who appeared for petitioner Janakiraman Reddiar, Chief Judge D. Krishnaraja returned the complaint citing lapses in the petition. The Chief Judge suggested that the complainant could approach the competent authority to redress his grievance.
