BIDAR: President of the State unit of the Janata Dal (Secular) Merajuddin Patel has criticised the loan waiver scheme announced by the Union Government, saying it “discriminated” between farmers. Mr. Patel was addressing a meeting at Rajeshwar village of Humnabad Assembly segment. He said his party would seek votes from the people based on its achievements when in power.
