PALAKKAD: The Joint Action Council of Farmers will organise a mass fast in front of the Collectorate here on April 15 demanding that the government withdraw the Kerala conservation of paddy fields and wetlands Bill, 2007. The fast will be inaugurated by Kerala Congress (Jacob) leader T.M. Jacob. It will be addressed by K.R. Gauri, former Agriculture Minister, V.S.
