DEHRA DUN: Two persons, including a woman, were killed when the Tata Sumo they were travelling in from Pratapnagar to Kotga skidded off a hill road at Chandakholi over the weekend. The vehicle was loaded with cement bags. This takes to 22 the toll in three different mishaps in the Chakrata region over the past three days. Expressing anguish over the increasing number of mishaps,residents have urged the administration to enforce the road safety regulations stringently as all the three ill-fated vehicles were overloaded and being driven recklessly.
