Power shutdown in many areas of city today

BANGALORE: There will be no power supply on Sunday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. in many areas of the city owing to maintenance work, according to a press release from BESCOM.

The affected area are: A Station: K.G. Road, Seshadri Road, S.C. Road, Tank Bund Road, A.R. Circle, Gandhinagar, Binny Mills, K.G. Circle, railway station, Cottonpet, Akkipet, part of Chickpet, Balepet, Tulsithota, Old Tharagupet, Avenue Road, Kilari Road, Chickpet, Mamulpet, R.T. Street, Madhavanagar, Racecourse Road, Cunningham Road, Palace Cross Road, Abshot Layout, Chakravarthy Layout, Kumar Krupa East Extension, Vasantnagar, Prakashnagar, Rajkumar Road, Rajajinagar 2nd Stage, “A” to “E” Block, Srirampura, Subramanyapura, Gandhi Grama, Hanumanthappa Colony, Okalipura, Krishna Flour Mill, Seshadripuram, M.D. Block, Kumara Park West, part of Malleswaram.

Victoria Station: Cottonpet Main Road, Nrupatunga Road, Palace Road, Seshadri Road, Cubbonpet, Post Office Road, Sree Kanteerava Stadium, Nagarthpet, Century Club, Central Library, Kempe Gowda Road, Avenue Road, Silver Jubilee Park Road, Old Taluk Office Road, Narasimha Raja Road, Osman Khan Road, City Market, A.S. Char Street (B.V.K. Iyengar Road), Victoria Hospital compound, Kalasipalyam bus stand, J.C. Road, Chamarajpet, V.V. Puram, K.G. Nagar, Shankarpura, Basavangudi.
