Belgaum
Belgaum: A “Rathotsava” was held here on Sunday as part of the “Panchakalyan Maha Mahotsava – 2008” of the Sri Bhagawan Bahubali and Navagraha Mandir Pratistapana, which began on April 7. The “rathotsava” got off to a colourful start after pujas were offered by priests of the Jain community. Devotees from different parts of the city and nearby villages participated in the procession. It was flagged off at B.K. Model School, the venue of the week-long celebrations. Devotees sang bhajans along the route of the procession. — Staff Correspondent
