Etawah: As many as 19 people were taken ill after consuming food at a ‘tilak’ ceremony in this Uttar Pradesh district, police said on Sunday. The victims complained of vomiting and diarrhoea after consuming food served at the function in Rukunpura village in Jaswantnagar area and had to be admitted to the district hospital. The condition of four of them was said to be serious. A case has been registered in this connection, police said. — PTI
