Seminar to mark Rwanda genocide

NEW DELHI: Delhi University’s Department of African Studies organised a seminar here in the Capital this past week in collaboration with the Embassy of Rwanda to mark the 14th anniversary of the 1994 genocide in Rwanda.

Lieutenant-General Kayumba Nyamwasa, Ambassador of Rwanda in India, delivered a special lecture. A film, “Shooting Dog”, by British Broadcasting Corporation, India, was also screened on the occasion.
