Packers firm launches double-door carriers
NEW DELHI: To provide easy and economical logistics and home-shifting solutions to Delhiites, Agarwal Packers & Movers, the flagship unit of DRS Logistics, has launched double-door carriers. It has placed orders for 300 such vehicles with Eicher Motors.
Besides, the company also plans to expand its packing and moving business into new cities. “Currently we are operating from 90 cities and providing shifting services to about 1,200 destinations. We plan to connect with 35-40 new districts every year. We to touch Rs.1,000 crore turnover by 2010,” said DRS Group Joint Managing Director Ramesh Agarwal.
The company that has around 950 vehicles currently shifts about 180 houses per day across the country.
