Guntur
GUNTUR: An exhibition of stamps and coins by numismatists and philatelists in Guntur, along with paintings of some students, marked the beginning of Kanna School Philatelic and Hobbies Club here on Sunday. Mayor Kanna Nagaraju formally inaugurated the club by unveiling its logo. Students would get an analytical peek into history, geography and science through stamps, coins and drawings, he opined. The club would be affiliated to the Guntur Numismatic and Philatelic Society. As a gesture of their support, members of the club displayed coins, stamps and currency notes on the school premises at Arundelpet.
