Annual closure of canals postponed

Kakinada: The annual closure of canals of the Godavari river has been postponed to April 20. The canal network was originally scheduled to be closed for 70 days from April 10. It was deferred to April 15 and now by five days more, according to the Collector Gopalakrishna Dwivedi. -Staff Reporter
