Jalandhar: Punjab police have recovered 7.5kg of charas and arrested four persons under the Narcotic and Psychotrophic Substance Act in connection with the recovery. Acting on a specific tip off, police intercepted two persons near a local bus stand and personal search of the duo led to the recovery of 5.5 kilogram of contraband, police sources said. During their preliminary interrogation, the duo disclosed the name of two more accomplices who are residents of Dalhousie in Himachal Pradesh.
