PCC chief holds meeting with traders

HYDERABAD: The Pradesh Congress Committee president D. Srinivas on Tuesday convened a meeting of the party’s trader’s cell, representatives of the rice, Oil and Dal Millers Association to find a solution to the spiralling prices of the essential commodities.

The PCC chief appealed to the traders association to ensure that the essential commodities were available for the general public at lower rates. Speaking to reporters, he said a report with suggestions from the traders association would be submitted to Chief Minister so that suitable steps could be initiated.
