Corrections and clarifications

The “celebrated choreographer” mentioned in the fifth paragraph of an article “Tourism in India and China, a striking study in contrast” (Op-Ed, April 14, 2008) is Leela Samson, and not Sampson as published.

It is Ethiopian Airlines, and not Air Ethiopia as published in the twenty-first paragraph. (It is one of the world’s oldest airlines and was founded on December 30, 1945, initially with the contractual assistance of America’s TWA.)

The editorial quoted in the “Online and Off Line” column — “Balance: Readers’ perceptions, and the practice”, April 14, 2008 — appeared on August 27, 2003, and not August 23, 2003 as published.
