Caddie’s medical report filed in court
NEW DELHI: The Delhi police on Tuesday filed the medical report, including post-mortem and viscera reports, before a local court in connection with the mysterious death of caddie Vicky in police custody on March 13.
The Station House Officer of the Delhi Cantonment police station filed the reports in the court of Metropolitan Magistrate Kuldeep Narain, who is conducting a judicial inquiry into the incident. The hearing in the case was deferred to April 19 when the court is likely to decide if an FIR should be registered for alleged custodial death of Vicky.
On March 13, the South-West Delhi police had picked up Vicky from the Dhaula Kuan golf course in connection with a chain snatching case. According to the police, he subsequently complained of stomach-ache following which he was taken to hospital where he died.
