Dhanus Technologies acquires Sreeven

HYDERABAD: The Chennai-based Dhanus Technologies has picked up 60 per cent stake in Sreeven Infocom Pvt. Ltd., a Hyderabad-based IT and ITeS service provider for

Rs. 7.50 crore in an all-cash deal. Addressing a press conference here on Wednesday, Vice-Chairman, Dhanus Technologies, S. Muthukrishnan, said that the acquisition would strengthen Dhanus to expand its operations into ITeS, e-Governance and BPO operations. — Special Correspondent
